Yes. Our Vendor # is 203000, and our main Contract # is QC5100B.  We accept DOE Purchase Orders for payment of services.

How far in advance I have to book the program?
Typically during our peak Fall and Spring seasons we suggest 3+  months in advance.  During non-peak seasons we can usually scheduld programs with shorter notice. Many of our repeat clients book 6+ months in advance.

Do you customize? How?
Yes. Be begin by assessing your group's needs and outlining  activities, locations, and staff qualified to meet them. Early on we assign a  Course Director to work with you, and who is responsible for the design and delivery of your program.  Throughout the planning stage, our course directors consult with your point people and our entire program services team to assure all outcomes and program details are thought through.  Prior to your course start, the course director preps with the instructional team, so that our instructors are facilitating the entire course in a way that achieves the specific outcomes of your group.

What is the price range?
Typically our programs range from  $75 to $165 per student per day and include all food, housing, and facilitation costs.  We do not provide transportation to or from our program sites.

What forms must participants fill out prior to their program?
Most of out programs require a simple Medical Questionnaire and a Liability Release to enroll. (Both require parent signatures for children under 18; they do not require a doctor's visit).  We require clients to submit all completed forms 2 to 3 weeks prior to the program date, to allow time for full screening and follow up with family or a health care provider should  that be necessary.
