Central to Marsh Avenue’s academic curriculum are Learning Expeditions, which are long-term, interdisciplinary investigations that motivate students to do far more than read textbooks: they inspire students to get out into the real world, conduct experiments, do fieldwork, interview subjects, consult with experts, and create high-quality work and products that they present to the public as evidence of their authentic learning.
In addition to Learning Expeditions, which occur regularly in most classes and at all grade levels, Marsh Avenue offers a variety of extracurricular and co-curricular activities, including:
