Crew is NYC Outward Bound Schools’ signature advisory program. Watch this video, produced by Edutopia, to see how one Crew of students at MELS, a NYC Outward Bound School in Forest Hills, Queens, is using Crew to bolster social-emotional support and stay connected in a remote learning environment.

“Crew has certainly has been the structure that has held everything together during COVID,” said Pat Finley and Damon McCord, co-principals of MELS.
