The comprehensive toolkit, focused on increasing student voice, is the first of several in the works.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have captured proven practices into what we call Change Packages — comprehensive toolkits designed around particular changes that schools are looking to make in their culture or structures by leveraging Crew, our signature advisory structure.
This first Change Package — created in collaboration with our Crew Initiative coaches and educators — focuses on increasing student voice.
It includes:
- A detailed sequence of strategies and steps to take toward making change
- Justification for change to help build understanding and buy-in
- Tools and approaches to assess success
This is the first of several change packages we will release over the coming years as part of our strategy to reach more schools and share our expertise more widely. Forthcoming topics include Adult/Staff Crew and Crew Advisor Development.
