Our Washington Heights Expeditionary Learning School has received $65,000 in funding from its partner Capital One Bank and the Heart of American Foundation for its new College Access Room, which will house a new college counselor, computers, and a library devoted to financial literarcy and college preparation. In 2012, 100% of the school’s first graduating class gained college admission.
