We invite you to explore the stories, images and data that illustrate our past year at NYC Outward Bound Schools. As you’ll see in this Impact Report, our approach is grounded in the integration of social, emotional and academic development. It is the thread that runs through all of our work, is the foundation of our new strategic plan, and is what keeps students at the center of every conversation we have. 

This year — together with our school partners — and through our instructional coaching, our Crew Initiative, and our Outdoor Adventure programming, we served 30,141 educators and students across New York City. 

We are proud to share our renewed mission and vision for the future, our theory of impact, and how all of this contributes to helping each one of those 30,000 individuals thrive.
